Less than you'd think. Fully loaded, each dumbbell is roughly 9x9 inches. They fit in the same footprint as a hardcover book lying flat. A yoga mat takes up more floor space.
Most customers keep them next to the couch, under a desk, or in a corner of their bedroom. No rack, no dedicated gym space needed.

Safety First
Please read before your first use.
LTM adjustable dumbbells are designed for adult use only. Keep them out of reach of children.
Before every session, make sure your Confidence Booster plates are fully interlocked and screwed in with no visible gaps. The dumbbell should feel completely secure in your hand before you lift. If anything feels loose, stop and reassemble before continuing.
If you're new to weights or strength training, we recommend working with a qualified fitness professional before starting. Using weights without proper form can lead to injury, and we'd rather you build this habit safely from the beginning.
By using your LTM adjustable dumbbells, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with weight training.
