Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature for our product, all sales for the LTM Starter Kit and Confidence Booster are final.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
- If you believe your situation warrants a return or exchange, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of your concern.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If a return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days minus a $40 restocking fee.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at support@liftingthemood.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage or defect.
- We will work with you to offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution as appropriate.
Note on Minor Imperfections Slight cosmetic imperfections (like subtle scuffs or scratches) are normal and do not impact performance. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
