Returns & Exchange Policy

Every LTM is made to become part of your daily strength practice, something you keep and grow with over time. Because of the nature of the product and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of the LTM Starter Kit and Confidence Boosters are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we do not offer refunds or store credit outside of the exception below.

Please choose your colorway carefully at checkout, since we are unable to swap colors once an order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

We stand behind every LTM. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right.

• Contact us at hello@liftingthemood.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a few clear photos of the item and the packaging.
• If we confirm the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement. Where a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

This does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks from regular use, or damage caused by dropping, misuse, or improper storage.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at hello@liftingthemood.com as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order has not yet shipped. Once it has shipped, the all sales final policy applies.
