At LTM, we believe in the power of women. We see women as strong, multifaceted individuals who inspire us every day. That's why we created the adjustable LTM dumbbells, a tool designed to help women build confidence, raise the bar higher, and unleash their inner strength.

Our Story.
LTM started during a rainy London afternoon during COVID lockdown. I was searching for dumbbells online so I could work out at home. To my surprise, they became a hot commodity and there was close to zero supply. To add insult to injury, everything was either too light, too heavy, or just 'f-ugly'.
That's when it hit me. Why not create adjustable dumbbells that would appeal to women? Dumbbells designed for our specific needs. After a lot of iteration, hard work, the help of my husband (Brad) and a lot of friends (some of whom are pictured above), LTM came to be. Beyond just thoughtfully designed products, I aspire for Lifting The Mood to support women to build confidence in redefining their strength, in whatever shape they want it to be.
