For beginners and experienced lifters, the LTM Starter Kit gives you multiple weight options in one compact system, built by women, for women. Lift comfortably with a soft & smaller grip to fit our hands & avoid calluses, and a triangular shaped weight to avoid rolling.

Your Complete LTM Starter Kit Includes:

2 weight Bars (2 lbs each)
8 weight Plates (2 lbs each)

One Set, Five Weight Options

2 lbs (Set of 2): Use the bars alone — ideal for light toning and activation
6 lbs (Set of 2): Add 1 plate to each side for gentle resistance
10 lbs (Set of 2): Add 2 plates to each side for a moderate challenge
14 lbs (Single): Add 3 plates to each side of one bar for a stronger lift
18 lbs (Single): Add 4 plates to each side of one bar — your heaviest and boldest option

Each Dumbbell is designed to hold up to 5 plates on each side.

Makes strength training so much nicer!

I was looking to return to doing strength training at home but was unhappy with the limited option weights I had. Not to mention they were clumsy and uncomfortable to hold. I came across these weights and was impressed by the ability to easily change the weight of each piece, making it more convenient to progress in strength. I also really love that you can have the additional weight options but they don’t take up a lot of space. They also are much nicer to hold and certainly to look at! They make working out less of chore and will certainly help me stay with my fitness program.

Practical and Beautiful!

I purchased a set for a dear friend of mine who is very in to fitness. I had seen the weights in person prior so I knew just how special and unique they are. My friend was blown away and LOVES them so much! She loves the practicality and design of them and is so happy to finally get rid of those ugly gym weights that she had in her home gym. These dumbbells have literally become part of her home decor and a talking point for the people that visit her. She has told me that they make her feel good just seeing them and how aesthetically pleasing they are and that it makes her motivation to pick them up even stronger! These are fabulous!
