- 2 lb Set Of LTMs: Use the bars alone - ideal for starting light but strong
- 6 lbs Set Of LTMs: Add 1 plate to each side for gentle resistance
- 10 lbs Set Of LTMs: Add 2 plates to each side for a moderate challenge
- 14 lbs Single LTM : Add 3 plates to each side of one bar for a stronger lift
- 18 lbs LTM: Add 4 plates to each side of one bar for your heaviest and boldest option
