What I love most is how perfect they are for Pilates workouts. I can quickly change the weight depending on the movement, which is ideal since Pilates often targets smaller muscle groups and requires more control than heavy lifting. Being able to use lighter weights for arms and slightly heavier ones for lower body exercises makes a huge difference.

As a new mom, it is really challenging to always be able to get to the gym, and having traditional weights out in our apartment looks so unappealing. These are a design value add to our home.
