For beginners and experienced lifters, the LTM Starter Kit gives you multiple weight options in one compact system, built by women, for women. Lift comfortably with a soft & smaller grip to fit our hands & avoid calluses, and a triangular shaped weight to avoid rolling. 

Your Complete LTM Starter Kit Includes: 

• 2 weight Bars (2 lbs each)
• 8 weight Plates (2 lbs each)

One Set, Five Weight Options

• 2 lbs (Set of 2): Use the bars alone — ideal for light toning and activation
• 6 lbs (Set of 2): Add 1 plate to each side for gentle resistance
• 10 lbs (Set of 2): Add 2 plates to each side for a moderate challenge
• 14 lbs (Single): Add 3 plates  to each side of one bar for a stronger lift
• 18 lbs (Single): Add 4 plates  to each side of one bar — your heaviest and boldest option
